Wendy's stopped running a national printable-coupon programme and moved its discounts into the app, so any site offering a downloadable Wendy's coupon PDF is either reprinting an expired regional mailer or is not connected to Wendy's at all. Real discounts live in the offers tab of the Wendy's app, in occasional regional direct-mail booklets, and in the Biggie Deals menu itself, which needs no coupon.
Wendy's does not publish general-use promo codes for in-store or app orders. Offers in the app are applied by tapping them rather than by entering a code. Where codes do appear is third-party delivery: DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub run their own Wendy's promotions, and those codes come from the delivery platform, not from Wendy's.
