Why doesn’t Coca-Cola Freestyle have a fixed calorie count?
Because it isn’t one drink. The Freestyle machine mixes over 100 flavor combinations from a single touchscreen, pulling from multiple Coca-Cola brands rather than pouring a single fixed recipe. That is why it shows up in nutrition tracking without one calorie number attached the way Coca-Cola, Sprite or Dr Pepper each do individually; the actual count depends entirely on which combination you pick, and a sugar-based flavor and a zero-sugar one poured from the same machine will have very different numbers.
If you want a drink with a known, published calorie count, the standard single-tap fountain options are the more predictable choice. If you want variety, Freestyle is where it is available, at most but not all locations.
